How It Works
Pre-Production Meeting
Projects begin with an initial consultation upon which we will work with your concept, or create one for you, and work with your logo and brand to create an initial concept/comp. After this meeting we will create a scope document, an invoice and a contract. We will determine a price based on the initial scope of services.
Concept/Comp Stage
Once you have signed the scope document, the invoice, the contract and made your initial payment of 50% of the total production amount we will start work on your production. We will work with the scope document to create an initial concept/comp to show you the main concept of the film (with sample art and design if necessary).
Audio Production
After sign-off of revisions for concept/comp stage, we will work with the scope document to create a script or use your provided script for an audio voice over, and generate an audio soundtrack.
Video Production
After sign-off of revisions to the audio stage, we will begin production of the film in combination with audio to create your final film. At this point we will add motion graphics if required.
Final Video
Once you have approved the film, we will issue a final invoice. The final invoice will include the remaining 50% of the total production price. Once you have paid the final invoice, we will deliver the final film file to you.

- Package Deals are limited on number of revisions.
- Audio soundtrack provided by New Story Media will be royalty free audio.
- Out-of-scope changes will be billed on our hourly rate.
